Title: 6022B Save & Load Data ???
Hi, working with a 6022BE and can't figure out how to load/save data. When I click "save" a message box appears asking to save to a "txt" file. When I want to "load" the program wants to open a "rfc" file, not a "txt" file. I managed to overide and generate a "rfc" file but when I go to open nothing happens. Do I need to "stop" the waveform before saving? Do I need to save the "setup" file and then load the "setup" file before loading the "data" file?

Ok, I was able to save the file as seen in the 1st picture. However when I load the file I get what's shown in the second picture

Please upload the file(.rfc and .xls) you saved.

I'm unable to upload the .rfc file. I click on the paperclip icon but the drop down does not support .rfc files. It supports many other types but not rfc.

I do not know what you mean by ".xls" file.

When you save the file, please choose .xls format to save.
Sir, you can zip the two files to upload.

Ok, I managed to save to file as a .xls. However when I click on the paperclip icon the only supported files are: chm,pdf,zip,rar,tar,gz,bzip2,gif,jpg,jpeg and png. Not xls. So again, I'm not able to upload. And again I do not understand what 2 files you are asking about. The product manual says to save the file and then I can load the file. That suggests I save and load 1 file. It doesn't say to save 2 files and load 2 files. Completely confused.

Sorry to jump in from the side.
I have exactly the same question and I am trying to follow the suggestions.
Is the "Ref Data Length : 0" the length of time of the recording?
Is this in seconds ?
Did you manage to SAve and later Load the data successfully?

"Ref Data Length : 0" : This is not time, it is the length of the waveform. Through left and right adjustments, the Nth point of the recalled waveform length can be displayed in the center of the screen.
