DSO2150 WIN10 freezes after 20.0uS

Hi,

i have this DSO2150 for a few years now and it has never failed me before. This is the first time that i am using it on win10 and i have problems with timebase > 10.0uS.
I can measure frequencies till 10.0uS, for example 10kHz. But if i try to measure frequencies which are < 10kHz, timebase > 10.0uS, the osc screen freezes. Now if i select again the 10.0uS timebase the screen works again.
I have even tried the "AUTO" setting with no luck. Also i tried to compile the sample project for VC++ and i have the same issue.
One weird thing is that when i hit the AUTO setting, the screen freezes again but if i move the mouse around it sort of works for a while.
While debugging the VC++ project, it seems that the DSO2150 returns no data.

Please help me to solve this issue. I am using the latest WIN10 drivers and software.
