Can you please tell me the difference between the Hantek 1008B and 1008C USB automotive oscilloscopes.

Will they both work with the latest windows 10 anniversary edition pc operating system.

Their difference is in the attachment.
Hantek1008c has a HT25, but Hantek1008b not.
Both of them can work with Windows10.
